Product Description
Ferrous Sulfate, Heptahydrate occurs as blue-green crystals or granules that are efflorescent in dry air.
In moist air, it oxidizes readily to form a brown-yellow, basic ferric sulfate.
A 1:10 aqueous solution has a pH of about 3.7.
One gram dissolves in 1.5mL of water at 25°C and in 0.5 mL of boiling water. It is insoluble in alcohol.
The Mn limit of the product can be lower than 500ppm, and with the low heavy metals the Ferrous Salfate Heptahydrate is particularly suitable for the production of sensitive applications and high value products, such as infant formula and baby food, formula for special medical purpose.
The microorganisms are all in control.
Standard packaging:25kg/box,carton and PE bag. Packing can be customized according to customer's requirements.
Storage condition:Store in cool, well-ventilated area.
Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly sealed until ready for use.
Store at RT.
Shelf life:12months.
Method of use:The optimum amount and the process of addition should be tested after some experiments before production.
