Product DetailsBy mixing sodium Gluconate retarder with polycarboxylic Acid superplasticizer, the flow performance of cement slurry can be improved, the initial setting time can be significantly prolonged, the early and late strength of cement mortar can be improved, and the adaptability of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and cement can be solved.XZH-PC polycarboxylate high-range water reducer is a new generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer independently developed by Shenyang Xingzhenghe chemical Co., LTD. It is refined by adopting special molecular design method, using a variety of organic functional monomers, controlling the appropriate main chain length and the appropriate branch chain density through unique grafting and copolymerization process. This product has the technical characteristics of high water reduction rate, high slump resistance, early strength.It can achieve a single concrete to reduce the amount of cement 20-30kg, with good economic benefits, product performance in line with the "concrete admixture" (GB8076-2008) standard requirements.Product TypeG type (high-range water-reducing type)

Packaging and storage(1) liquid products are shipped in tons and barrels without crystallization in winter.
(2) 0 ℃ and 40 ℃ environment storage, shelf life for six months, more than is required for a shelf life product performance is validated by experiment.
Main performance(1) good adaptability of cement. It has good dispersibility to various Portland cement, common Portland cement, slag Portland cement and various admixtures.
(2) concrete water reduction rate can be up to more than 36%, solid content 40%;
(3) with good slump protection performance, it can achieve no loss of concrete slump of 2h;
(4) it has good early-strength performance, which can accelerate the hardening speed of concrete, realize steam-free curing, accelerate the turnover of precast members' formwork, and improve work efficiency;
(5) low alkali content, no chloride ions, non-corrosive to steel reinforcement, can significantly improve the durability of concrete;
(6) this product is non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly
