  Product Description Calcium Lignosulphonate Concrete Retarder  The main ingredient of Xingzhenghe Lignin Calcium Sulfate is sulfate wood pulp. Calcium Sulfate is a kind of power solid with the brown or yellow color made by advanced production technology with good solubility. It is a kind of macromolecule electrolyte with 1000-100000 molecular weight. Among the molecule weight 10000-40000dispersing capability is especially effective. The ordinary lignin sulfonic salt has ramose and intersectant molecular structure. Lignin Calcium Sulfate features strong dispersing ability, viscosity and adhesion. As said above that the molecular weight of lignin calcium sulfate is different, so it has different degree of dispersing ability. It has the feature of water-solubility hydrophilic pectic with electric charge on the particle. It is a kind of superficial active material and can absorb on the surfaces of all kinds of solid particles. It's a kind of salt produced by the strong Acid, so it can be conducted metal hydronium exchange action. All kinds of active genes existing on the organic structure of lignin sulfur acid enable the intrinsic polymeric actions or yield condensation actions with other compounds  Due to the above-mentioned characteristics of lignin calcium sulfate, it can be used as concrete water-reducing material, thinner for cement pulp, sand reinforcement material, pesticide emulsion, mill run dispersant, leather pre-tanning material, plastics adding material for porcelain of fire resistant material, grouting jello for oil well or dam and so on.
